Our priority is to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders - Ireland, UK, EU & Worldwide - are shipped with An Post and include full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During peak periods, such as sales or Black Friday/Cyber Monday, delivery times may extend by up to 5 working days.

We dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday & Friday before 4pm.

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) → dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • Orders placed after 2pm → dispatched within 2 working days
  • Weekend orders → dispatched Monday (or Tuesday after a bank holiday)
  • In 95% of cases, Irish delivery arrives next working day outside busy sale periods.

You may return an unused item within 21 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returns of used or damaged products. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days from the day we receive your return for processing.

We do not offer free returns. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
